We only offer short or long term contract employment for new employees. The employees can be done permanently employments after successful completion of minimum 1 years as per our policy.

Things to be limited for contract employments:

We don't provide PF, ESI and gratuity. We offer cash and bonus equivalent for the same either monthly or yearly. 

Only for contract employees after employees verification and complete 2 months probation :

• Leave Entitlements

• Performance based bonus

• Bonus (as per bonus act 1962)

• Travel allowance

• Sales incentive

• All leaves

• Mandatory 30 days paid leave or foreign tour for best employees

• Salary hike (basic + DA) within 1 year upto 20% of basic salary.
